奥美拉唑治疗小儿消化性溃疡的效果观察

Effect observation of omeprazole in the treatment of pediatric peptic ulcer

目的探讨奥美拉唑治疗小儿消化性溃疡的临床效果。方法选取100例消化性溃疡患儿作为研究对象,随机分为研究组与对照组,每组50例,两组均给予阿莫西林、克拉霉素治疗,在此基础上,研究组给予奥美拉唑治疗,对照组给予西咪替丁治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果研究组的治疗效果显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的Hp根治效果显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组的并发症或不良反应发生情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论奥美拉唑治疗小儿消化性溃疡效果显著,安全性好,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore clinical effect of omeprazole in the treatment of pediatric peptic ulcer. Methods 100 cases with peptic ulcer were selected as research subjects,and the patients were randomly divided into research group and control group,50 cases in each group.All these participants were treated with amoxicillin and clarithromycin,on this basis,the research group was treated with omeprazole,and the control group was treated with cimetidine,the treatment effect of two groups was compared respectively. Results The treatment effect in the research group is better than that in control group,with statistical significance（P〈0.05）,Hp eradication effect in research group is obviously better than that in control group,with statistical significance （P〈0.05）.There was no statistical significance in complications or adverse situ-ation between two groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Omeprazole in the treatment of pediatric peptic ulcer has significant efficacy and superior safety,and it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
