参附注射液辨证应用于晚期肿瘤的临床观察

Clinical observation of Shenfu injection on the syndrome differentiation applied in advanced cancer

目的观察参附注射液应用于脾肾阳虚晚期肿瘤患者的临床疗效。方法选取62例辨证属脾肾阳虚的晚期肿瘤患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组31例,对照组采用常规姑息治疗,治疗组在常规治疗上加用参附注射液静脉滴注,1个疗程后,观察并比较两组的临床症状改善情况及生活质量状况。结果治疗组的总有效率为71.0%,高于对照组的45.2%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组生活质量改善率为80.6%,高于对照组的51.6%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论辨证应用参附注射液能有效提高脾肾阳虚型晚期肿瘤患者的生活质量,改善临床症状,达到治疗目的。

Objective To observe clinical effects of Shenfu injection applied in the spleen and kidney deficiency type of patients with advanced cancer. Methods 62 patients with advanced cancer of spleen and kidney deficiency type were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group,31 patients in each group.Alleviative treat-ment alone was used in control group and Shenfu injection combined with alleviative treatment were used in treatment group.The improvement of clinical symptom and patients’ quality of life was compared between two groups after a course of treatment respectively. Results Total effective rate in treatment group was 71.0%,higher than that in control group（45.2%）,with statistical difference（P〈0.05）.The improvement rate in treatment group was 80.6%,higher than that in control group（51.6%）,with statistical difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The dialectical application of Shenfu injection can improve the life quality of the spleen and kidney deficiency type patients with advanced cancer,relieve the clinical symptom,achieve the goal of treatment.
