中西医结合治疗肺间质纤维化的效果观察

Effect observation on integration of traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of pulmonary interstitial fibrosis

目的：探讨中西医结合治疗肺间质纤维化的效果。方法选取本院2012年8月~2013年8月收治的80例肺间质纤维化患者为研究对象，随机分为两组，对照组实施西医治疗，实验组实施中西医结合治疗，观察和比较两组的临床疗效。结果实验组的总有效率为95.0%，对照组的总有效率为82.5%，实验组的总有效率比对照组高，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）；两组治疗后肺功能相关指标均有改善，实验组的改善情况明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论采用中西医结合治疗肺间质纤维化的效果明显，能有效改善患者的生活质量，延长患者的生存时间，具有较高的可行性和安全性，值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect on integration of traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of pulmonary interstitial fibrosis. Methods 80 patients with pulmonary interstitial fibrosis admitted into our hospital from August 2012 to August 2013 were selected as research objects and randomly divided into two groups.In control group,western medicine was provided,while in experimental group,integration of traditional Chinese and western medicine was adopted.The clinical effect was observed and compared in two groups. Results The total effective rate in experimental group was 95.0%,while total effective rate in control group was 82.5%,the total effective rate in experi-mental group was higher than that in control group,with a statistical difference （P〈0.05）.After therapy,related index of lung function in two groups improved respectively,and improvement of lung function related index in experimental group was obviously better than that in control group respectively,with statistical difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Inte-gration of traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of pulmonary interstitial fibrosis obtains a great ef-fect,can effectively improve patient’s quality of life and prolong the survival time,has high feasibility and safety,which is worthy of expansion and application.
