细菌性硬膜外脓肿致截瘫一例
Paraplegia caused by bacterial epidurai abscess： report of one case
摘要
患者男，81岁，因“右胸痛2个月余，加重8d”入院。患者2个多月前无明显诱因出现右侧胸痛，为牵拉样痛，放射至右肩背部，呈阵发性，能自行缓解，无畏寒、发热，无咳嗽、气促，无心悸、大汗淋漓，自认为“肌肉拉伤”，自行理疗及予“云南白药喷雾剂、止痛膏”等药物外用，右侧胸痛时好时坏。8d前夜间右侧胸痛突然加剧，仍为牵拉样痛，性质同前，伴有呼吸费力，不能入睡，急诊于当地医院就诊，拟“胸膜炎”，予静脉滴注“头孢霉素”治疗后，右胸痛好转。入住“当地中医院”。
