摘要
新建本科院校转型为应用型高校是我国高等教育的普遍发展趋势。新建本科师范院校在转型发展中同样需要回应办学定位、办学特色、办学模式等一系列问题。办学定位方面,学校在做好院校类型定位、服务面向定位、人才培养定位的同时,应以优先发展师范专业、优化改造非师范专业为方向,重点做好学科结构的定位;办学特色方面,学校应突出"师范性",培育立体性的师范育人生态;办学模式方面,学校应从封闭性、以学校为本位的办学模式转向开放性、与基础教育领域深度合作的办学模式。
Transformation of newly-established colleges into application-oriented ones is a general trend of higher education in China. During the transformation, newly-founded undergraduate normal colleges need to respond to a series of problems about the orientation, specialty and model of the colleges. In terms of orientation, doing well in the college types, service orientation and the talents cultivation are not enough; the college should also give priority to developing normal disciplines, optimizing non-normal disciplines. Further efforts should be made to improve the orientation of academic structure. In building specialty, the college should highlight its background as a normal college and enlarge the variety of education. In terms of the management model, the college should make a transformation from a closed, college based model into an open one, interacting with the elementary education sphere in an in-depth manner.
