摘要
美国现代高等医学教育模式的确立是以20世纪初弗莱科斯纳报告发表为开端的,在"弗莱科斯纳时代"之后又先后经历了几次重大改革。进入21世纪近十年来,美国医学教育改革取得许多新进展,提出了"结果导向"型培养模式。研究这些新趋势对促进我国医学教育改革,推进医学教育国际化发展有重要参考价值。
The establishment of American modern medical education is marked by the release of the Flexner's report at the beginning of 20th century. After that it has experienced several great changes. In the first decade of the new century, American medical education made many new progresses and set up a new medical education model: the "outcome-based model". It is significant to study of these trends since it help to promote of the reform and globalization of China's medical education.
