摘要
分析了煤炭企业人才资源规划的重要性及面临的挑战,并从煤炭企业人力资源现状、人才规划思路、人才规划举措与落实等方面,提出以人才规划支撑多元发展的有关对策,为煤炭企业发展提供人才保障和智力支持。
The paper analyzed an importance of a human resource planning in a coal enterprise and challenges faced. From a human resource status, human resource planning idea, human planning measures and implementation, and other aspects, the paper proposed that related countermeasures with the human resource planning to support the diversified development could provide a human resource guarantee and intelligent support to the development of the coal enterprise.
