This paper described the meaning of highway technology efficiency,from each link in highway construction process,system and com-prehensive research on the measures to improve the highway operation efficiency,and elaborated the highway pavement prevention and mainte-nance measures,in order to promote the development of domestic road construction and national economic construction.
