摘要
从程序、操作、监督三个角度分析了工程招投标过程中业主存在的问题,探讨了各问题的危害性及产生的根源,并提出了强化招投标管理、加强管理部门监管职能、提高从业人员素质等解决对策,以改善招投标工作的现状。
This paper analyzed the existing problems in project bidding process from the program,operation,supervision three angles,discussed the harm and causes of problems,and put forward to strengthen bidding management,strengthen management oversight,improve the quality of employees and other solving countermeasures,so as to improve the status of bidding work.
