摘要
IEC61850是世界统一的智能变电站通信协议,实现其通信首先要建立起符合IEC61850标准的通信模型。IEC61850规定了智能电子设备"服务器—逻辑设备—逻辑节点—数据对象—数据属性"的五层信息模型体系,根据输电线路行波故障测距的技术特点,扩展定义了行波故障测距装置逻辑节点RTWL及其包含的数据对象、数据属性,建立完整的五层信息模型。在此基础上定义行波故障测距装置的信息服务内容,对其含义、通信模式、通信方式等进行讨论。
IEC61850 is a unified communication standard for smart substations all over the world.Communication model of device based on IEC61850 should be built firstly.IEC61850 stipulates five layers model for intelligent electronic devices, such as servers, logical devices, logical nodes, data objects and data attributes.According to technical characteristics of transmission line travelling wave fault location, we defines logical node RTWL and its data object and data attributes for travelling wave fault location device.A complete five-layers information model has been established.On the basis of definitions, information services of travelling wave fault location device have been defined, and their meanings, communication modes, communication ways are discussed.
