摘要
为解决1 000 kV特高压酒杯型铁塔曲臂外横担吊装的难题,以浙江至福州特高压交流输电工程酒杯塔曲臂外侧横担吊装为主要研究对象,针对其横担长、重量大、边横担距塔中心远的特点,采用强度高、稳定性好的高强钢,创新设计高强辅助臂架,利用高强辅助臂架进行整体吊装曲臂外侧横担,详细分析了吊装施工方法。
In order to solve the construction difficulties in the 1 000 kV UHV cup-type steel tower crank arm hoisting,we made studies on the cup-type steel towers in the Zhejiang-Fuzhou UHV Transmission Line Project.These towers have the long and heavy crank arm which is far from the center of the towers,and high tensile steel with good stability is used for the fabrication of the innovatively designed high strength auxiliary frame which is applied to the integral hoisting of the lateral crank arm.The detailed analysis of the integral hoisting process was provided in this paper.
