Based on the advantages of developing blue economy and the background of national strategic support ,Qingdao puts forward the aim to build a nationwide blue economic leading city .In recent years ,Qingdao focuses on building the blue economic leading city by means of plan guidance , functional area driving ,industries support ,innovation driving and environment construction .It has obtained remarkable achievements in the blue economy development ,the marine economic functional area construction and the influence and reputation of blue city ,w hich exerts some influence and brings about some inspiration .
