医学本科生社区实践教学的方式和作用

Patterns and function of medical undergraduates＇ community practice teaching

随着我国医疗体制改革的深入和现代医学模式的转变，培养具备较强社区服务能力的毕业生是当前医学教育的重要任务。通过组建卫生服务小组，深入社区进行居民健康调查、义诊、疾病防控宣传等实践活动，能够提升本科生社区服务的责任感和认同感，培养其临床和科研思维能力，增强其自信心、沟通技巧、自学能力等个人素质；同时，也有利于促进社区居民健康水平的提高。

With the deepening of the reform of medical system in China and the transforma- tion of modem medical model, cultivating graduates with community service ability is an important task of medical education at present. Through practice activities by forming an undergraduate medical service team, such as community residents health survey, free clinics, health care propaganda, will enhance the students＇ sense of responsibility and community identity, cultivate their clinical and sci- entific thinking ability and enhance their self-confidence, self-study ability, communication skills and comprehensive quality. It will also promote the community residents to improve the level of health.
