本文首先分析了手机主面板塑件的成型工艺，由于塑件结构复杂，塑件多方位、多数量具有侧向分型机构，这对内模芯设计提高了一定的要求。笔者巧妙的将多个侧抽芯位置设计成一个抽芯机构，简化了模具的复杂性。
