摘要
以缩短产品生产周期，降低成本及提高产品质量为目的，利用moldflow／MPI对相机外壳成型过程进行了模拟分：析。根据模拟分析得到熔接痕、流动前沿温度、体积收缩率和翘曲等结果，优化浇口设计及成型方案。分析结果对塑件注射成型应用具有指导作用。
To short the production period, reduce cost and rais products quality. The camera shell is made injection molding simulation analysis by using Moldflow/MPI technology.According to the results of the simulation analysis of weld mark,temperature at flow front,volumetric shrinkage ,warpage and so on, the design of gate and molding project are optimized. The analysis results had a guide to the injection molding processes of plastic.
