矿粉超细掺合料对地铁管片混凝土强度及耐久性影响研究 被引量:6

摘要 采用常用的搅拌预制方法制备了不同超细矿粉掺合量的地铁管片混凝土,研究了矿粉超细掺合料对地铁管片混凝土蒸养强度、24 h自养强度、后期强度及耐久性的影响。结果表明:在蒸养养护方式下,矿粉超细掺合料可提高管片混凝土强度。在模具周转率要求不高的条件下,在混凝土中掺入矿粉超细掺合料可实现管片免蒸养。掺入矿粉超细掺合料的管片混凝土其耐久性指标达到管片耐久性能的技术要求,且优于S95矿粉。 In order to research, different amounts of ultraline mineral mixed in subway segment concretes were prepared. The effects of mixed subway segment concrete, as steam curing strength, 24 h auto curing, late stage strength and durability were investigated. The results showed that ultrafine mineral additive can improve the strength of segment concrete if use steam curing method. Ultraline mineral additive mixed in concrete could achieve free steam curing if the turnover of mold was less demanding. Durability of mixing concrete reached segment technical requirements and better than S95 when uhrafine mineral additive mixed in segment concrete.
