煤矸石的复合活化及制备高强地质聚合材料 被引量:10

摘要 以煤矸石为原料,首先以不同温度、不同粉磨时间为间隔取点煅烧及粉磨,分别以30%掺量掺入水泥,以水泥胶砂强度最高确定煤矸石最佳的煅烧温度和粉磨时间区间。在此基础上,分别以煅烧温度、粉磨时间和激发剂配体掺量作为煤矸石热、机械和化学活化的参数,采用正交设计,以煤矸石、矿渣和粉煤灰为主体材料、水玻璃和氢氧化钾为配体,制备地质聚合材料。研究结果表明,煤矸石经过复合活化,大掺量制备高强地质聚合材料是可行的。SEN表征煤矸石-矿渣-粉煤灰地质聚合材料整体结构致密,有大量凝胶,以及表面光滑的粉煤灰和钙铝黄长石颗粒。建立了煤矸石复合活化参数与地质聚合材料强度之间的回归方程。 The study using gangue as raw material. First of all, taking the point of intervals to calcine and grind gangue under different temperatures and different grinding time, then mixing the prepared gangue into cement with the proportion of 30%, the optimal intervals of calcination temperature and grinding time can be sure by the highest strength by main materials including gangue, of cement mortar. On this basis, the gepolyer material was prepared slag and fly ash as soon as ligand materials including water plass and potassium hydroxide. Using orthogonal design and taking calcination temperatures, grinding time and ligand volume of excitant as the parameters of gangue thermal, mechanical and chemical activation. The results show that it is feasible to prepare high strength gepolyer material with high volume gangue after composite activation. The SEM showed overall structure of gangue-slag-fly ash gepolyer material is compact, having a number of gel and fly ash with smooth surface as soon as particles of gehlenite. Regression equation between composite activation parameters of gangue and strength of gepolyer material was established.
