摘要
本文研究了不同的分散条件对纳米碳化钛在水基础液中的分散行为,并采用沉降稳定性分析、流变特性分析、透射电镜分析来评价其分散效果。结果表明:分散剂及纳米碳化钛质量分数、分散介质类型、纳米碳化钛粒径均会对溶液分散稳定性产生一定的影响;并结合溶液分散稳定性评价分析,提出纳米碳化钛在水基础液中的分散理论。
This paper studied nano TiC dispersion behavior in water based fluid under different dispersion conditions, maked the evaluation of dispersion effectiveness by means of sedimentation stability analysis, rheological properties analysis, transmission electron analysis. The results show that:the mass fraction of dispersant , nano TiC mass, dispersion medium types, nano TiC particle size will have an effect on the stability of solution dispersion. In combination with the solution dispersion stability evaluation analysis, putting forward the dispersing theory of nano TiC in Water based fluid.
