城市轨道交通车站无障碍设施的现状与对策研究

Status and Countermeasures of Barrier-free Facilities at Urban Rail Transit Stations

通过调研国内城市轨道交通无障碍设施设计的现状,探讨坐轮椅者的行为与环境的互动关系。运用行为观察法、访谈法等行为科学研究方法对坐轮椅者在南京地铁的行为过程进行分析研究,包括进站、换乘、等候、到达等行为类型。得出了南京地铁中无障碍设施设计中的不足之处,并提出了建议。

Through an investigation to the status of barrier-free facilities in urban rail transit of China,the interactive relation- ship between wheelchair users＇ behavior and station environ- ment is studied. By using scientific research methods such as be- havioral observation and interview, the action process of wheel- chair users in Nanjing metrois analyzed, including their entering into station, transfering, waiting and arrival, and so on. The de- ficiencies in the design of barrier-free facilities in Nanjing met- ro are concluded, some suggestions are put forward.
