摘要
为了杜绝我国长途货运中存在货车司机因私利偷油的行为,设计了货车油量监控系统,实现了对货车运行全过程的油量进行实时监控的任务。系统分为下位机、中位机、上位机三部分。下位机有GPS信号接收器、流量传感器和液位传感器,在货车油箱中完成对信息的采集功能,它将采集到的信息交于车内的中位机;中位机有ZigBee模块和GSM短信模块,完成信号的传输功能,它确保信息可靠地传输到处于监控室的上位机;上位机是安装有Windows CE操作系统的RAM 6410嵌入式开发平台。通过实验证明,该系统能较好地实现货车油量的监控,具有较高的实用价值。
In order to stop the existing behavior of truck driver's stealing oil in our country's long-distance freight, truck fuel monitoring system is designed. That is real-time monitoring the consumption of oil in the whole process of cartage. System is divided into throe parts, the lower machine, the median machine and the upper machine. The lower machine has a GPS signal receiver, flow sensors and level sensors. In the truck's tank to complete the information collection function, it exchange the collected information to the median machine in the car. The median machine has ZigBee module and GSM SMS module. To complete signal transmission function, it ensures reliable transmission of information to the upper machine in the control room. the upper machine is the ARM 6410 embedded development platform which is installed with the Windows CE operating system. The design of system interface is beautiful and generous. Proved by experiments, the system can finish real-time monitoring truck oil very well.
