摘要
针对电梯等要求高抗干扰的场合,设计了一种高可靠性、长寿命的红外光电开关,发射端采用脉冲调制光输出,接收端采用二阶滤波与解调的匹配电路以及单稳态触发输出电路,配备宽范围稳压电源,提高了系统的抗干扰能力。在开关不工作时,采用高可靠性的HOLTEK单片机来控制器件处于休眠状态,延长了红外发射管的寿命。文中介绍了设计原理、实现方法,系列试验验证了良好的抗干扰效果。
For the elevators and other occasions that require high noise immunity, designed a high-reliability, long life infrared photoelectric switch, the transmitter generate pulse-modulated light, the receiver using a second-order filtering and demodulating match circuit with a monostable trigger output,wide range power supply improve the system's noise immunity. When the switch does not work, use a high reliability HOLTEK microcontroller to control it into hibernation, to extend the life of the infrared emission tube. This paper describes the design principles, implementation methods, verified achieved good anti-interference effect by tests.
