摘要
北京的地热开发利用经历了几十年,具有了相当的规模,但是目前还处于粗放模式。为了充分有效的发挥优质清洁能源的优势,需要计算地热集中供暖的碳减排量再进入到碳交易市场。为计算地热集中供暖所实现的碳减排量,首先需要对北京地区的地热集中供暖情况进行调查和统计,通过地热井的数量和地热能开采量来确定地热资源的开发规模,通过长期监测来掌握地热井压力的变化情况,在此基础上根据相关的方法学核算出每年的碳减排量并向国家相关部门申报,通过审批后即可向联合国气候变化框架公约组织申请注册并进入碳交易市场。
Geothermal resources utilization in Beijing has achieved a remarkable scale for decades, but still in a extensive mode. In order to take advantage of geothermal resources as clean energy effectively, CO2 Emission Reduction based on geothermal resources for space heating should be calculated before it enters carbon trading market. Before CO2 Emission Reduction calculation, investigation and statistics of general situation on geothermal space heating need fi rstly to confi rm geothermal resources development scale based on geothermal wells quantity and geothermal energy production, to understand geothermal well pressure variation based on long-term monitoring, and then calculate CO2 Emission Reduction by specifi c methodology to submit application to relevant state departments, after which register application submitted to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change(UNFCCC) Organization is permitted and enter carbon trading market.
