摘要 目的研究CD117、Nestin、CD133和Ki67在卵巢上皮性癌(EOC)中的表达,探讨其表达与卵巢癌临床病理参数及预后的相关性。方法选择河北省邯郸市中心医院病理存档的石蜡标本80例,其中20例正常卵巢和60例卵巢上皮癌,采用免疫组化法(sP法)检测CD117、Nestin、CD133和Ki67的表达情况。结果CD117、Nestin、CD133和Ki67在卵巢上皮性癌中的阳性表达率明显高于在正常卵巢组织(P<0.05)。CD117、Nestin及CD133在EOC组中的表达水平与其FIGO分期及病理分级有关,在Ⅲ一Ⅳ期、高级别组(G3)比Ⅰ-Ⅱ期、低级别组(G1、G2)表达率高(P<0.05)。Ki67表达与卵巢癌组织分化程度、CA125水平相关差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。通过Kaplan-Meier生存曲线了解CD117、Nestin、CD133在预测卵巢癌预后中的价值。结论CD117、Nestin、CD133和Ki67的阳性表达在卵,巢上皮癌的发生、发展中发挥重要,CD117、Nestin、CD133可能作为卵巢癌干细胞标志物用于判断卵巢上皮性癌的预后。 Objective To investigate the expressions of CD117, Nestin, CD133 and Ki67 in epithelial ovarian cancer ( EOC ), and to explore the correlation between the expressions and clinicopathologic parameters as well as patient' s prognosis. Methods Eighty paraffin specimens kept in Handan Central Hospital were enrolled in the study, in which, there were 20 cases of normal ovarian tissues and 60 cases of EOC. The expressions of CD117, Nestin, CD133 and Ki67 were detected by immunohistochemistry (SP). Results The positive expression rates of CDll7, Nestin, CD133 and Ki67in EOC were significantly higher than those in normal ovarian tissues ( P 〈0.05). The expression levels of CDll7 ,Nestin and CD133 in EOC were correlated to FIGO staging and pathological classification, which in stage Ⅲ or stage IV, G3 were significantly higher than those in stage Ⅰ or stage Ⅱ , G1 or G2 ( P 〈 0.05 ). The expression of Ki67 was closely related with differentiation degree of EOC tissues and the expression levels of CA125 ( P 〈0.05 ). The value of detecting CD117, Nestin, CD133 in evaluating the prognosis of patients with EOC could be understand by means of Kaplan-Meier survival curve. Conclusion The positive expressions of CDllT, Nestin, CD133 and Ki67 play an important role in the pathogenesis and development of EOC, and CD117 ,Nestin,CD133 can be used as EOC stem cell markers to evaluate the prognosis of patients with EOC.
