磁共振扩散张量成像对腰部脊神经根病变的诊断价值 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨磁共振扩散张量成像在评价脊神经根病变中的作用。方法 60例腰椎间盘突出/膨出导致脊神经根病变的患者和60例健康志愿者,均行磁共振矢状位T1WI、T2WI,轴位T2WI和DTI检查。结果 60例患者中,右侧神经根病变者26例,左侧神经根病变者21例,两侧神经根病变者13例。轴位T2WI示椎间盘突出/膨出导致椎间孔变窄,相应脊神经根病变。DTI纤维示踪图像显示病变神经根纤维束特征与正常者有显著差异(P<0.05),病变者纤维束面积减小,神经根形态聚拢或中断,不显示周围分支。结论磁共振扩散张量成像能够对神经根进行功能成像,定量评价神经根病变,对常规磁共振序列是很好的补充,有望利用DTI所示神经根纤维束面积及形态对神经根病变进行诊断。
