麝香保心丸对冠心病心力衰竭患者左心功能及血清H-FABP的影响

Influence of shexiang baoxin pills on cardiac function and content of H- FABP in patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure

目的:观察麝香保心丸对冠心病心力衰竭患者左心功能及血清H-FABP的影响。方法:共120例,分为治疗组和对照组各60例。对照组按心血管指南抗心力衰竭治疗,麝香保心丸组在此治疗基础上加用麝香保心丸2粒,3次/d。所有患者治疗前及治疗后6个月采用超声心动图评价心脏收缩功能的改善情况,并于治疗后6个月行6 min分钟步行试验,治疗6周后比较两组患者心功能及血清H-FABP。结果:治疗后两组左室射血分数(LVEF)、心输出量(CO)、心脏指数(CI)、每搏量(SV)及6 min步行距离均较治疗前有改善,治疗组的改善程度优于对照组的改善程度(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组BNP、血清H-FABP水平低于对照组(P<0.05),治疗后治疗组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:麝香保心丸能显著改善冠心病患者左心功能,降低其血清H-FABP水平。

Objective To study the ettrative effect of shexiang baoxing pills in patients with coronary heart disease andheart failure （CHF）. Methods A total of 120 CHD patients with heart failure were randomly divided into two groups ,one was routine treatment group, treated with routine therapy. Another was shexiang baoxing pills treatmentgroup, treated with shexiang baoxing pills on the basis of above routine treatment. All the patients were followed up for 6 months and observed the changes of the clinical symptoms,left ventrieular eieetion fraction （ LYEF）, CO/SV ,6 minutes walking distance and paroxysm count of myoeardlal isehemia within 24 h. Results After treat for 6 months ,the to- tal therapeutic effect of shexiang baoxlng pills was 91.7% ,itsLVEF,CO/SV ,6 minutes walking distance significant increased,the H-FABP and BNP level of patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure decreased （ P 〈0. 01 al 1 ） o and more than those of routine therapy group（ P 〈0. 01 al1 ）. Conclusion Shexiang baoxlng pills could be the effective drug used for treating chronic heart failure.
