273例妇外科恶性肿瘤患者抗肿瘤药物治疗情况分析

Analysis of 273 antitumor therapy in patients with gynecological surgery of malignant tumor cases

目的:了解妇外科恶性肿瘤患者抗肿瘤药物治疗情况及其合理性。方法:回顾性调查妇外科2013年接受全身化疗的恶性肿瘤患者病历,分析妇外科恶性肿瘤患者抗肿瘤药物治疗方案的用药结构、用药合理性。结果:273例恶性肿瘤患者共计进行625例次化疗,其中出现98例次使用不合理,占15.68%,主要表现为预处理方法不当、溶媒选择不适宜等。结论:妇外科恶性肿瘤患者抗肿瘤药物使用存在一定的不合理现象,应重视抗肿瘤药物的临床应用管理。

Objective To understand women surgical treatment of eaneer patients and their antineoplastie mtionality. Method A retrospective survey of 2013 women to receive medical surgical systemic chemotherapy in patients with malignant tumors ,analysis of drug strueture,wornen＇s surgical treatment of patients with malignant reasonable antineoplastie treatment regimen. Results 273 patients with malignant tumors carried a total of 625 eases of chemotherapy,which used 98 eases appear unreasonable, accounting for 15.68%, mainly as inappropriate pretreatment methods,such as solvent unsuitable choice. Conclusion Women surgical patients with malignant antineoplastie there is a certain anomaly should pay attention to the management of antieaneer drugs in elinieal use.
