无张力疝修补术治疗腹股沟直疝的临床疗效观察

The clinical observation of tension free hernioplasty for direct inguinal hernia

目的:对无张力疝修补术治疗腹股沟直疝的临床进行疗效观察。方法:选择腹股沟直疝患者86例作为研究对象,分为试验组与对照组。试验组患者采用无张力疝修补术进行治疗,对照组采用传统疝修补术治疗。比较两组患者进行术中及术后24 h疼痛评分(VAS)、疼痛持续时间、手术用时住院时间,并根据治疗效果、临床表现统计治疗的总有效率。结果:试验组患者在VAS评分、疼痛持续时间、手术用时及住院时间较对照组具有显著优势,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患者治疗的总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用无张力疝修补术治疗腹股沟直疝能够缩短手术用时及疼痛时间,肌组织无张力修复使患者疼痛降低提升临床治疗效果。

Objective To explore the clinical observation of tension free hernioplasty applying to treating inguinal hernia. Method 86 direct inguinal hernia patients were admitted to our hospital as the objects of study. Then all the patients were divided into the experimental group and the control group, the experimental group were treated by tension free hernloplasty treatment, the control group were treated by the traditional hernia repair. Compared their intraoperative＇s as well as postoperative 24h＇s pain score （VAS） ,pain lasting time,operation time and hospitalization time, counted the total efficiency according to the treatment effect and the clinical manifestation. Results Experimental group＇s VAS score,pain duration,operation time and hospitalization time were better than the control group significantly （P 〈0. 05） ;Experimental group＇s total effieienee was obviously better than that of control group（ P 〈0. 05 ）. Conclusion Application of tension free hernioplasty for direct inguinal hernia can shorten the operation time and the pain time ,tension free repair mnsele tissue can reduce patients＇ pain and improve curative effect. ,
