摘要
采用紫外-可见吸收光谱、圆二色谱和荧光光谱等方法对一系列阳离子卟啉与牛血清白蛋白的相互作用情况进行了研究.研究表明,阳离子卟啉通过静电引力与牛血清白蛋白(BSA)作用,作用位点位于BSA表面.较高的正电荷有利于增强卟啉与BSA的作用力.
The interaction of a serious of cationic pyridinium porphyrins with bovine serum albumin(BSA),was studied by the combination of absorption spectroscopy,circular dichroism(CD)spectroscopy,fluorescence spectroscopy and synchronous spectroscopy.The interactions between porphyrin and BSA employ an electrostatic binding mechanism and there was only one binding site which located on the surface of the protein molecule.Moreover,the experimental results show that the cationic porphyrin with more positive charges has higher binding affinity.
