摘要
按照评定测量不确定度的方法与步骤,对用数字式高阻检定仪检定兆欧表检定装置所得结果的测量不确定度进行了详细的分析和评定,并通过与中国计量科学研究院的比对实验验证了检定结果的可信性和不确定度评定的合理性。为同类型装置的不确定度评定提供了很强的借鉴性和可操作性。
The measurement uncertainty of megohm meter calibration device error value has been analyzed and evaluated in detail according to the evaluation methods and steps of measurement uncertainty. The credibility of calibration results and the rationality of the uncertainty evaluation have been verified through the comparison test from China Institute of Metrology. The proposed method in this paper will provide a lot ofy references for the uncertainty evaluation of the same device type.
