复杂金精矿矿物特性及焙烧预处理工艺研究 被引量:5

摘要 对某复杂高砷金精矿进行了工艺矿物学研究,并考察了焙烧温度、时间和压缩空气流量对焙烧脱除砷、硫的影响.结果表明,该复杂金精矿为少硫化物型金精矿,主要矿物是黄铁矿、砷黄铁矿以及长石、石英等脉石矿物,金精矿中金主要以金单质或者金与硫(砷)化物、氧化物和脉石的包裹体存在.金颗粒粒径大多在1~3 μm,部分颗粒在1μm以下,少数较大颗粒粒度可达4~5 μm.当控制焙烧的温度、时间和压缩空气流量分别为650℃、45 min、150 L/h时,砷、硫的脱除率分别达到97%和98%以上. Process mineralogy of high arsenic bearing comtlex gold concentrate was investigated.The effects of roasting temperature and time,and compressed air flow on removal rates of arsenic and sulfur were studied.The results show that this complex gold ore concentrate contains fewer sulfides with main minerals of pyrite,arsenopyrite and gangue minerals such as feldspar and quartz.Gold in concentrate exists mainly as of element or gold and sulfur (arsenic) compound,oxide inclusions and gangue.Particle size of gold particles is mostly between 1~3 μm,part of particles is <1 μm,a few larger grain size can be up to 4~5 μm.Arsenic and sulfur removal rate is up to 97% and 98% above,respectively under the optimum conditions including roasting temperature of 650 ℃,roasting time of 45 min,and compressed air flow of 150 L/h.
