摘要
用石灰石粉对硫酸法钛白废酸进行二段中和处理。一段中和至pH 1.5,产生大量白石膏;二段中和时,钪的沉淀率随二段中和终点pH、温度和陈化时间的增加而增加。二段中和最优条件为:二段中和终点pH 5.0,温度60℃,陈化时间1.5h,钪沉淀率达95%。二段渣的主要物相为CaSO4·2H2O;Sc(OH)3为半透明胶状沉淀物,粒径500nm左右,形状不规则,具有团聚、分布不均的特性。
Waste vitriol in titanium dioxide production was treated by two-stage neutralization with limestone.A lot of white gypsum was produced in first stage neutralization with pH value of 1.5.The precipitation rate of scandium rised with increase of end-point pH value,temperature and ageing time in second stage neutralization.The precipitation rate of scandium is 95% under the optimal conditions of second stage neutralization including end-point pH value of 5.0,temperature of 60 ℃,and ageing time of 1.5 h.The main phase of second stage slag is CaSO4 · 2H2O.Presented as translucent and gelatinous precipitate with 500 nm in diameter,Sc(OH)3 has characteristics of irregular shape,agglomeration and non-uniform in distribution.
