摘要
详细介绍了20万t/a硫铁矿制酸系统沸腾焙烧炉的改造设计,重点阐述排渣口、沸腾层面积、布风系统、下料方式等的改造情况。改造后基本解决了沸腾层温度和炉底压力波动大、渣残硫高、操作环境恶劣等问题。
Reconstruction design of fluidized bed roaster of 200 kt/a acid making system from pyrite was introduced.The transformations of slag discharge hole,fluidized bed areas,air distribution system,and feeding method were elaborated.The results show that a series problems are addressed after reconstruction including big fluctuation of fluidized bed's temperature and pressure of furnace bottom,high sulfur content in slag,and severe operating environment.
