摘要
目的 :探讨个别家庭会谈式家庭教育对农村精神分裂症患者的康复效果。方法 :对 12 0例农村精神分裂症患者及其家属成员进行个别家庭会谈式家庭教育 ,并以 12 0例单一药物治疗精神分裂症患者作对照。结果 :一年后教育组的复发率为 2 0 0 % ,显著低于对照组 (41 7% ) ,治疗依从性为86 7% ,显著高于对照组 (6 0 0 % ) ,DAS总分明显下降 ,二者有显著性差异。结论 :个别家庭会谈式家庭教育能明显减少农村精神分裂症患者的复发率 ,提高治疗依从性 ,改善社会功能。
Objective To explore the rehabilitation effects of individual famlily talks education to schizophrenia in village Methods 120 schizophrenia and its famlily member were given famlily talks education and compared with the group were received antipsychotic drugs alone Results One year later,education group recovery ratio was 20 0%,and it was lower than drug group,comphy with treat was 86 7%,and it was higher than drug group DAS score obvious descended,the two groups had significant difference Conclusion Individual famlily talks education can decrease the recovery ratio of schizophrenia and improve compliance and social function
