摘要
对经过不同预氧化时间处理的PAN纤维,控制相当的氧化程度(预氧化纤维密度),经过碳化处理得到碳纤维样品力学性能的分析。得出适当增加预氧化时间,碳纤维力学性能指标会得到相应的提高,缩短预氧化时间碳纤维的力学性能指标会相应的降低。但考虑生产效率和成本,在碳纤维力学性能指标满足基本需要的前提下,可以缩短预氧化时间即快速氧化。
For through different preoxidation time processing of PAN fiber,control of suitable oxidation degree (oxidation fiber density),by carbonization processing we get carbon fiber sample to analysis the mechanical properties.It is concluded,that by appropriate increasing preoxidation time,mechanical performance of carbon fiber will get the corresponding increase,reducing the preoxidation time,mechanical performance of the carbon fiber will decrease.Considering the production efficiency and cost,and carbon fiber mechanical performance satisfing the basic needs,we can shorten the preoxidation time,this method is called rapid oxidition.
