摘要 目的 观察硫酸镁对异氟烷催眠、镇痛作用的影响.方法 将小鼠随机分为硫酸镁(MgSO4)组、异氟烷(ISO)组、硫酸镁+异氟烷(MgSQ+ ISO)组.利用翻正反射实验,记录各组小鼠的入睡率;利用甩尾实验测定各组小鼠用药前后的甩尾潜伏期(tail-flick latency,TFL).结果 在翻正反射实验中,MgSQ+ISO组与ISO组相比,小鼠的入睡率虽提高但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).在甩尾实验中,与基础痛阈相比,给药后10 min MgSO4+ISO组小鼠TFL延长(P<0.05).与ISO组相比,给药后10 min MgSO4+ ISO组小鼠TFL延长(P<0.05).结论 硫酸镁能否增强异氟烷的催眠作用尚待进一步研究,但能增强异氟烷的镇痛作用. Objective To observe the effects of magnesium sulfate on the hypnotic and analgesic functions of isoflurane. Methods Mice were randomly divided into a magnesium sulfate (MgSO4) group, an isoflurane (ISO) group, and a magnesium + isoflurane sulfate ( MgSO4 + ISO) group ( n = 10 for each). The sleeping rate of each group was recorded by the righting reflex test. Meanwhile, the tail - flick latency of each group was determined by the tail - flick test before and after treatment. Results In the righting reflex test, the MgSO4 + ISO group presented a higher sleeping rate without statistic differences when compared with the ISO group ( P 〉 0.05 ). Compared with the baseline, an extended TEL was detected in the MgSO4 + ISO group 10 min after treatment using the tail - flick test ( P 〈 0.05 ). Also, 10 min after treatment, the tail - flick latency was longer in the MgSO4 + ISO group than the ISO group ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Magnesium sulfate can enhance the analgesic function of isoflurane, while its influence on the hypnotic effect of isoflurane requires further investigation.
