摘要 目的 体外研究蓝光是否具有杀灭鲍曼不动杆菌的作用.方法 鲍曼不动杆菌标本采集于我院烧伤科病房,通过细菌鉴定仪鉴定.采用12、60、120、240 J/cm2的蓝光照射细菌(蓝光组),与对照组(同样离心处理但不予光照)比较.分别采用平板划线、菌落计数、活/死菌染色法评价蓝光杀菌效果.结果 与对照组比较,60J/cm2及以上剂量组蓝光照射具有明显杀菌效果(P均<0.01),呈剂量-效应关系.结论 蓝光具有高效杀灭鲍曼不动杆菌的作用,且具有剂量-效应关系. Objective To study the in vitro anti - bacterial effect of blue light on Acinetobacter baumannii. Meth ods Acinetobacter baumannii were isolated from the wards at the Department of Burn and Plastic Surgery in our hospital and identified by using Automatic Testing Biomerieux (ATB) system. Acinetobacter baumannii were irradiated by blue light with fluencies of 12, 60, 120, and 240 J/cm2, respectively using LED device (blue light group), and the control group were treated without blue light. The antibacterial effect of blue light was evaluated using plate streaking, colony counts and LIVE/DEAD staining. Results Compared with the control group, there was a significant difference in groups with 60 J/cm2 and more of the blue lights in the antibacterial effect (P 〈 0.01 ), with a dose - effect relationship. Conclusion Blue light shows highly efficient anti - Acinetobacter baumannii effect in a dose - effect manner.
