摘要
在深海高压、低温环境下O形橡胶圈自身会发生一定量的变形,对其密封性能产生影响。为了确认深海环境下O形圈的变形情况及其能否实现可靠密封,基于ANSYS软件建立了O形圈密封结构二维模型,对O形圈在深海5000 m处的应力进行分析。结果表明:深海5000 m环境对O形圈密封性能影响不大,O形圈满足密封要求。
The rubber o-ring may have a certain amount of deformation for the high pressure and lower temperature in deep-sea environment,thus the performance of o-ring sealing would be influenced.In order to confirm the de formation of the o-ring and weather the sealing structure can realize a reliable sealing,the two-dimensional model of o-ring seal structure was created based on the ANSYS software,and then analysis the stress of o-ring in 5000 m deep-sea.The results showed that:the performance of o-ring seal in 5000 m deep-sea basically is unchanged and the o-ring seal structure designed by the conventional method can satisfy the sealing requirements.
