摘要
通过对直流螺管式电磁阀线圈发热试验数据综合分析,得到了线圈散热系数经验公式,并基于此编制了线圈温升计算程序。经不同电磁阀线圈发热试验验证,线圈温升计算程序能够准确地计算直流螺管式电磁阀线圈温升,得到的线圈散热系数经验公式修正了工程中应用广泛的线圈温升计算公式。
The empirical formula of the coil heat transfer coefficient is obtained by analyzing lots of testing dates.The computation program which is used for computing coil temperature rising is developed based on the empirical formula.Experiments verify that the empirical formula of the coil heat transfer coefficient and the computation program are correct.
