摘要
大型飞机铁鸟舵面加载试验是飞机铁鸟试验的关键试验项目,用于检测带载情况下飞机飞控系统的动、静态特性,然而大型飞机平尾由水平安定面与升降舵两部分组成,其偏转是个复杂的组合运动,即升降舵除绕自己转轴偏转外,还要随着水平安定面以水平安定面转轴一起偏转,这一特点给大型飞机铁鸟试验中升降舵的集中式加载带来了难度。该研究对大型飞机铁鸟升降舵加载特点进行了分析,提出了两种集中式加载方法,并对两种方式进行了对比分析,得出了各自的优缺点,通过对两种方法优缺点的对比权衡,并应用CATIA软件进行了集中式加载运动仿真,得出了一种满足工程需求的集中式加载方法,并为同类加载提供了工程参考。
Loading test of the rudder-face is a pivotal test for the large airplane iron bird.The test is used to test the performance of the flight control system when the rudder-face is loading.The concentrated loading for the large airplane iron bird' s elevator is difficult.The reason is that:the large airplane empennage is composed of a stabilizer and an elevator,whose deflexion is a combinatorial movement,i.e.,the elevator not only turns by self but also turns with the stabilizer; especially the axes of the both turns are different.The loading characteristic of the large airplane iron bird' s elevator is analyzed,and we put forward two kinds of concentrated loading methods and compare the two kinds of methods.The respective advantages and disadvantages are obtained.The obtained centralized loading method can meet the engineering demand,and provide a reference for similar loadings.
