摘要
国内外对蛋鸡有机微量元素需要量的研究已经相对成熟,但对有机微量元素调控蛋壳质量的机制研究归纳还不够,文章从影响蛋壳质量的两个关键方面,即碳酸钙晶体以及蛋壳基质蛋白来进行总结归纳,以期为后续的研究提供一定的帮助。
The study of the laying hens' requirement of organic trace elements has been relatively mature at home and abroad, but the research of the regulatory mechanism of organic trace elements on eggshell quality is not enough. In this paper, the author summarize from two key aspects affecting the eggshell quality, that is calcium carbonate crystal and eggshell matrix proteins, in order to provide cer- tain helps for the following studies.
