公平视角下旅游绩效的测度

Research on the Measurement of Tourism Performance from the Perspective of Fairness

本文从公平视角对旅游绩效内涵进行阐释,围绕经济绩效、社会绩效和生态环境绩效等3个层面构建旅游绩效测度体系,采用主成分分析法,对2006～2011年杭州旅游发展状况进行测度.内涵研究结果表明：公平视角下旅游绩效在经济发展层面侧重内涵式增长方式;在社会发展层面,以满足所有人的需要为前提;在生态环境层面,注重人与自然环境的协调发展.对杭州旅游绩效测度结果表明：杭州旅游绩效测度值从-3.7546逐年上升至4.7071,呈现稳步上升的发展态势.

This article explains the connotation of tourism performance from the perspective of fairness and establishes the tourism performance measure system including the economic, social, ecological and environmental aspects. The article evaluates Hangzhou＇s tourism performance from 2006 to 2011 withthe method ofPCA （ principal component analysis } . The resultsfrom the perspective of fairness show that the tourism performance should reflect an intensive growth in the economic aspect, meet the need of people in the social aspect, and focus on the coordinated development between man and the natural environment in the ecological and environmental aspect. The results of empirical analysis show that there is a steady increase in Hangzhou＇s tourism performance from --3.746 to --4.7071.
