摘要
为提高羊毛铁配合物的催化性能,在羊毛铁配合物中加入铜离子制备出羊毛铁铜双金属配合物,重点考察铜离子对羊毛金属配合物催化性能的影响,使用假一级动力学模型对实验数据进行拟合,并将脱色后的染色废水回用于活性染料对棉织物的染色中.研究结果表明:铜离子的加入有利于羊毛金属配合物催化性能的提高,活性染料在脱色后的染色废水中对棉织物具有较好的染色性能.
In order to improve the catalytic performance, the wool supported copper-iron bimetal complexes were prepared by adding copper ion in the wool supported iron conplex, and the effect of copper ion on the catalytic performance of wool supported copper-iron bimetal complexes was examined. Then the pseudo first-order kinetic model was employed to fit the experimental data. Finally, the dyeing wastewater after decoloration was reused for the coloration of cotton fabrics by reactive dyes. The results indicated that wool supported copper-iron bimetal complexes exhibited the higher catalytic performance in the presence of copper ions. The reactive dyes exhibited good dyeing capacity for cotton fabrics in the dyeing wastewater after decoloration .
