摘要 采用合作博弈的分析方法来解决再生水定价难题.建立供水方与用户的合作博弈模型,从再生水供给方与用户的利益关系分析入手,利用沙普利值得出再生水供给方与用户的利益分配表达式,由此推导出再生水合理定价的计算公式,并以天津市为例进行应用研究.结果表明:当再生水定价能够使得由于利用再生水而获得的收益被供给方与用户均分时,合作博弈达到均衡,再生水就会因为有较稳定的市场而得到推广使用. The cooperative game analysis method was adopted to solve the pricing problem of reclaimed water. A cooperative game model of reclaimed water supplier and users was created. Based on analyzing the interests of the reclaimed water supplier and user, the Shapley values was employed to allocate the total revenue of cooperation, by which the formula of reclaimed water pricing was deduced. Tianjin was taken as an example for application research. The results showed that:The cooperative game equilibrium will be achieved when the reclaimed water price can make supplier and users gaining equal interests from using reclaimed water, and then reclaimed water will have a more stable market and extension utilization.
