莱钢质量流量控制器损坏的主要原因是过压击穿损坏和内部电路故障。通过采取质量流量控制器换型、增加切断电磁阀、修改控制软件等措施进行改进,提升了智能吹氩系统的工作稳定性,质量流量控制器损坏率显著降低。
