鲁耐窑业干熄焦用耐材生产过程中实施质量管控,管控措施包括建立质量整体管控思路、规范文件信息、完善产品的可追溯性管理、制定外形外观检查制度等。管控措施的有效实施,既保证了干熄焦耐材质量,又满足了客户交货期需求。
Lunai Kiln Company implemented quality control in the whole manufacturing process for coke dry quenching refractory. The control measures included setting up overall quality control idea, standandizing file information, improving product＇ s traceability management, formulating inspection system of the shape and appearance, etc. The effective implementation of control measures can not only ensure the quality of coke dry quenching refractory, but also meet the requirements of the customer delivery date.
