摘要
建立了液液萃取预处理,采用气相色谱法对ABS生产废水中甲苯、乙烯基环己烯等6种有机污染物进行了定性分析.最佳萃取剂为二氯甲烷,最佳萃取条件为先在碱性条件下萃取3次,然后在酸性条件下萃取3次.结果表明,废水中各组分的检出限均在0.200 mg/L以下,相对标准偏差均小于2%,组分的回收率在80.5%~93.5%的范围内.
An qualitative analytical method for 6 organic pollutants,such as methylbenzene,4-vinyl-1-cyclohexene,in ABS plant wastewater was established by gas chromatography using liquid-liquid extraction as the sample pretreatment method.The optimal pretreatment conditions were extracting 3 times under the alkaline condition and then extracting 3 times again under the condition with dichloromethane as the extractant.The detection limit and the relative standard deviation of the method for each pollutant were less than 0.200 mg/L and 2%,respectively.The recovery rate of the other compounds were in the range of 80.5%~93.4%.
