College Students' Employment Problems & Countermeasures under the New Situation

大学教育是青年学生迈向社会的基石,关系着民族发展潜力,已经越来越受到人们的关注。但随着经济社会的发展以及大学的扩招,当前在多种思想冲突和社会现实的冲击下,经历、能力不同的大学生们在就业时面临着与以往不同的挑战和机遇。特别是当前随着人口老龄化以及延长退休年龄等社会热点问题的凸显,大学生就业的形势更是严峻。这些就更需要我们研究应从大学教育培养方面如何来适应新形势,提高人才培养的质量和就业率。

University education, as the cornerstone for young students to merge into the society, is significant for the national development potential, and has got more and more attention. However, with the economic and social development as well as the increasing enrollment, and under the impact of the current various ideological conflicts and social realities, college students with different abilities and experiences will be faced with different challenges and opportunities in employment. And their employment problems will become more and more severe because of some social hot issues, especially those of an aging population and the extension of the retirement age. More research should be done as to how university education and training adapt to these new issues and improve the quality of personnel training and employment rates.
