摘要
阐述了高电压介质损耗测试技术的现状、测量原理和影响因素,并详细论述高电压介损测试方法和数据分析方法。最后通过在变压器套管及断路器均压电容交接试验及预防性试验中的应用实例,论证了高电压介质损耗测试技术对高电压等级电容型设备绝缘状态检测和判断的有效性,提高了设备绝缘状态诊断的准确性,避免造成不必要的设备更换。并能发现常规预防性试验无法发现的绝缘缺陷而不致缺陷扩大,提高了供电可靠性。
Based on a Guizhou thermal power plant, this paper described the work before blocking off bypass, and elaborated the problem and influence in the process of un-bypassed desulfurization system. Finally, this paper concluded some practicable response measures.
