摘要
针对某铜冶炼炉渣经选矿后的铜尾矿品位较高的问题,开展了炉渣选矿试验研究。根据研究结果,对现场的工艺流程和药剂制度进行优化,获得了较好的生产技术指标。当炉渣含Cu 2.90%时,获得的铜精矿含Cu 26.20%,Cu回收率为92.26%,铜尾矿铜品位为0.25%,降低了铜在尾矿中的损失。
Mineral processing test was carried out aiming to solve the problem of excessive copper content in beneficiation tailings of a copper smelting slag. The on-site flowsheet and reagent system were optimized according to the test results, and technical index was improved. From a smelting slag containing 2.90% of copper, a copper concentrate with Cu grade and recovery of 26.20% and 92.26%, respectively, can be obtained, while the copper loss in the tailings can be reduced as the copper content therein is only 0.25%.
