摘要 针对转炉渣还原贫化工业化应用过程中存在的问题提出详细解决方案,并结合现有的60 t转炉改造进行了渣还原贫化动力学条件优化和热平衡计算,根据计算结果提出了系统工程解决方案,针对渣还原工艺可能存在的其他问题进行描述,提出了针对性措施。主要参数如下:喷枪直径30 mm、喷枪角度14°、还原剂喷吹速率30 kg/min、保温期柴油油量135 L/h、还原期柴油油量500L/h,方案付诸实施并获得Fe3O4还原效率为62.9%、炉渣含铜平均降幅为63.5%的工业试验结果。 Solutions to problems of reduction & cleaning of converter slag encountered in industrial application were presented in detail. Aiming at modification of the existed 60 t converter, optimization of kinetics condition and heat balance calculation for slag reduction and cleaning were conducted. Based on the calculation results, solutions were proposed which also includes some corresponding measures for other possibly-encountered problems in the slag reduction process. It is found that with the following parameters, such as lance with diameter of 30 mm at an angle of 14°, injecting reducing agent at a rate of 30 kg/min, diesel dosage at the rate of 135 L/h at the stage of heat preservation, and at the rate of 500 L/h during the reduction, the implementation of this scheme in the industrial production resulted in the reduction of Fe3 O4 at a rate of 62.9%, and copper content in converter slag decreased at an average rate of 63.5%.
